Refund policy

AKC EVENT MERCHANDISE POLICY

No refunds, exchanges or shipping.  All merchandise items must be picked up at the event.

If your item (online and/or onsite purchase) has a defect, it must be returned to the AKC Merchandise booth prior to 6:00 pm, Saturday of the event weekend, for replacement or refund.
