AKC EVENT MERCHANDISE POLICY

No refunds, exchanges or shipping.  All merchandise items must be picked up at the event.

If your item (online and/or onsite purchase) has a defect, it must be returned to the AKC Merchandise booth prior to 5:00 pm, Saturday of the event weekend, for replacement refund.

ALL SOUVENIR ITEMS are available during EXHIBITOR CHECK-IN at the event in Orlando;

No unclaimed orders will be mailed.  You must arrange a pick-up!

The DEADLINE for souvenir purchases is THURSDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2026.

Some AGI items are available with a glitter option.  Size is also critical – the default is an EXTRA SMALL (if you fail to select the correct size).

There are NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS on merchandise – ALL ORDERS are custom - PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL IN YOUR SELECTIONS – confirm if you want an AGI or JAC item, and your correct size!

All items are full color embroidery. Embroidery is located over left chest on all the clothing items; centered on caps and bags. Colors are displayed as accurately as possible. Please reference the respective size charts for EACH item.

In the event that an item becomes unavailable or back-ordered after your order is processed, you will be contacted to receive a refund, select another item, size and/or color. Please make sure that your contact information is correct.

 **IMPORTANT** - Additional 2026 AGI embroidered patches are available for purchase from the Online Store. One patch per dog entered will still be included in each Exhibitor Check-In Packet ... additional patches may be purchased by ADVANCE SALE from this souvenir online store only.
